Staffing Industry Added 20,100 Jobs in January
Data released Feb. 3 by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics indicated that the staffing industry added 20,100 new jobs (up 0.8%) from December to January.

Search and Placement Down Slightly
Recent employment data from the BLS showed that search and placement employment in December was down 0.2% from November. In a year-to-year comparison, December employment was up 8.7% from the same month in 2010.
